A non-refundable reservation guarantee deposit equal to 10% of your total initial reservation cost will be charged to your credit card when you make a reservation. This 10% will be deducted from the total cost you will pay upon checkout. - Why is this deposit non-refundable?
Many small-to-medium chain and independent hotels experience a number of no shows and last minute cancellations. The non-refundable reservation deposit is to guarantee your reservation. - Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
